While our premium-grade resin guarantees quality, we advise handling it gently. Avoid placing food directly on the resin surface, and opt for a tender cleanse rather than harsh scrubbing. Shield from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to maintain its allure.
Please note that slight bubbles are intrinsic to this artistic process. Over time, even with our use of top-tier resin, there’s a possibility of a subtle yellowing effect when exposed to direct light.

As each flower cut is unique and individually handcrafted, there will be minor differences in colours and arrangement of the actual product. During shipping, the arrangement of flowers may change and some flower/leaf particles may fall off.
You may return items within 14 days of your purchase date. Please email us at info@enflor.com.au along with proof of purchase and provide a reason for the refund or exchange.
The item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: If your reason for returning the item is due to a change of mind, then you are responsible for the return shipping/delivery fee.
